Why aren't the ATL and MFC libraries just loaded at startup?

Action
This is a memory intensive operation. Since it is unknown as to whether the developer will be using classes from these libraries on their diagram, it is left up to the developer to decide if they want it loaded. If you are running low on virtual memory when loading a library, just close out of Developer Studio, and increase the virtual memory settings in the Control Panel.
