Problem
Repository Read Error occurs when trying to run SPM or SPM stops running immediately after it starts.
Cause
The permission of the installed SPM directory does not match the user's permission and access is denied.
Action
Make sure SPM is installed in a directory (not the root directory) with the appropriate permission settings for the users. Numerous hidden files are used by SPM, and all files and subdirectories need to have the proper permission.
