Problem
When I'm installing JFactory from the InstallShield executable, why does it start installing some other program such as Netscape?
Cause
The JFactory InstallShield executable stores its files in the user's current temp directory when installing software. In certain instances the temp files created in that directory don't get removed, causing confusion for the JFactory InstallShield program.
