Does Objective Grid have DBCS support?
Objective Grid supports both UNICODE and DBCS. That means you can either develop UNICODE applications that support Japanese and Chinese or you can develop DBCS applications for these languages.
We tested Stingray on the Japanese version of Windows. All edit cells support the IME window and can handle double byte characters.
We don't have any experience with Chinese. This makes it hard for us to support it. Hopefully this does not differ too much from Japanese but we cannot guarantee if Objective Grid runs on the Chinese version of Windows without problems. If you have any problems let us know.
