Problem

Is it possible to have all sheets of an Excel workbook displayed in a dialog-based tab grid or something similar?
The samples that do this seem to require the use of the doc-view framework.

Cause

Action

This sample shows how this can be supported.

This code will be available as part of the library in a future version.

Important notes on this sample

 1) The concept of shared data is important here. We make no explicit attempt to enforce a shared Styles Map, etc. But if base styles used in all the sheets are to be written out, this is required.

 2) When a workbook is read in, if there is no valid grid for an index (this can happen if there are three tabs and we have two grids to display 0 and 1) then we use a captive grid as a dummy object. This will most likely be changed in the product to be more flexible. In the current implementation, it is not possible to read discrete tabs (for example, we cannot selectively read 0 and 2). An easy work around for this would be to use an explicit dummy grid added with a call to AddData (please refer sample code for this method).
