Problem
I open an Excel file in an Objective Grid Pro program. After I save the file, I notice that the file is smaller than the original Excel file. What is the reason for this?
Cause
Objective Grid Pro only supports a subset of the fields that Excel writes out. Therefore, when Objective Grid Pro writes out an Excel file, it is usually smaller than a file written by Excel.
Action
It is possible to add support for additional fields as required.
Please refer to the Excel Objective Grid user's guide for more information on this.
