Problem
When SetFrozenCols() is used to specify the column with SetScrollBarMode(SB_HORZ, gxnEnabled), the scrollbar may not move correctly.
Cause
Action
To resolve the problem, use:
SetScrollBarMode(SB_HORZ, gxnEnabled | gxnEnhanced);
