Problem
When viewing the source out of the Object Manager by clicking on the button with three dots, the editor is brought up, allowing you to add code to the protect blocks. If you then click on the button with the three dots in the Object Manager without bringing the Object Manger into focus first, JFactory will repeatedly switch focus back and forth between the Editor and Object Manager.
Cause
This problem has been logged as a bug and will be fixed in the next maintenance release.
Action
To get around it, you can do one of two things. Instead of directly clicking on the view source button, you can click on the Object Manager title bar to bring that window to focus and then click the view source button. Also, if you prefer you can use an editor other than the integrated one. This option can be set in the Tools menu under Options_.
