Problem

What if JFactory isn't opening and giving me an error saying I'm missing ctl3d33.dll?

Cause

The installation utility that was used for version 1.0 sometimes forgets to place ctl3d32.dll into C:WINNTSYSTEM32 (specific directory names could be slightly different) directory.

Action

You can copy the missing file by hand, by inserting Disk 1 into the drive and copying CTL3D32.DLL directly into your C:WINNTSYSTEM32 directory equivalent. For Windows 95 the directory would be C:WIN95SYSTEM. All releases that went out to all customers on or after April 15th, 1996 now use InstallShield for installing and uninstalling JFactory. Any problems with the installation of this problem should be alleviated by the used of this utility.
