Problem


StudioJ does not accept the unlock code for individual components during the installation.






Cause


If you are trying to install a single product of the StudioJ suite instead of the entire suite, you will need to ensure that the individual item has been selected.

As shown on below, the checkbox indicates that the entire StudioJ suite will be installed and individual products cannot be selected.

 




Action


Click the checkbox so that the check mark disappears. The individual product names and corresponding radio buttons will be enabled. Select the appropriate radio button and continue with the installation.
