Make sure that you have the correct tracking number in SPM's Customer Information data. Run your SPM, open the Customer Information dialog box by choosing 'Misc.' and then 'Customer Information' from the SPM menu bar. Confirm that the number in the first column is your current tracking number.
If you upgraded your SPM, you will have to update your tracking number. Open the 'Customer Information' dialog box from the 'Misc.' on the SPM menu bar. Enter the tracking number for your new SPM installation in the 'Tracking Number' field.
If you still get the 'Invalid Key' message, contact your Sales Representative to verify your tracking number and unlock keys.
