Problem

A control object disappears or minimizes when I move from the window or dialog containing the control to another window or dialog.

Cause

The control's Geometry can be changed to resize the control when the window or dialog containing the control is minimized or loses focus.

A spring (zig-zag line) on the control will cause the control to resize in the direction of the spring.
A strut (straight line) on the control will maintain the control's size.

Action

Click the Geometry item under the Object Manager for the control.
Change the spring to a strut in the direction that should not resize.
